Personally, I think the three most important things we can do to improve our health and wellbeing are eating more vegetables and less meat, getting more exercise and eating a balanced diet every day. I think everyone should do these three things frequently, because it will not cause burden and impact on the body.
For example, eating more vegetables and less meat will improve people’s lives, because the ecological environment will not cause damage, and eating more meat will cause physical burden. So I think it’s better for people to try and look at vegan days, at least once a month.
In addition, if people exercise more, they will become healthier. Constant exercise and eating more fruits and vegetables will benefit the body. Therefore, I think everyone should exercise more.
In the end, I think people will be healthier if they eat a balanced diet like this. Because, through a balanced diet, people will not be physically burdened, do not have to worry about being overweight or underweight, and will not cause physical discomfort. It will also help their body’s metabolism to run smoothly.
