The reason why I like to take vitamin C is because it improves immunity, helps metabolism, and reduces my colds. I also like to eat oatmeal, because oatmeal does not put a burden on my body, and at the same time, it can help me lose weight. It makes my diet more healthy and the more I eat, the healthier I become. Finally, I like to take probiotics because they can flush out bad things from my body, make my body smoother, and protect my body so that there will not be so much food or excess stuff stored in it.
I also think it’s important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I think people should not eat too many potato chips, fried chicken or hamburgers and fries because it will put a burden on their bodies, cause unnecessary trouble, and may even make them sick, and in severe cases, they may cause cancer, so We can’t eat too much junk food.
